If there is a school function that necessitates the cancellation of the provision of a Red Spot Cafe lunch (eg excursion or field trip), your Red Spot lunch will be cancelled and you will receive a credit for the following month or a refund .
如果因學校有特別事情或旅行而取消紅點餐廳(科技大學)已落單的午餐,我們會將飯錢在你下月的飯錢中扣減.
In addition, if you order lunch for the whole month, you may, if necessary, cancel lunches up to two times a month in the case of school absenteeism provided that you e-mail us of the cancellation by 8:30 am of the cancellation day. In such cases, you will receive a credit for the following month or a refund.
如果你整月都有訂購午餐,當你生病時我們會給你每月有兩次可取消午餐,祇要你在當天早上8:30前電郵給我們,飯錢將會在你下月的飯錢中扣減.
Credits will not be given in any other circumstances.
很抱歉在任何的情況下我們都不接受賒購.退還的金額不能夠用來替換你所賒購的食物.
