There are 5 types of meals offered :

1. 'Regular meals' (usually a couple of rice dishes, a couple of pastas and maybe one potato or bread-based dish a week

2. 'Red Spot Special meals' (includes chicken nuggets, fish fingers & potato wedges, Cha Siu with rice, pizza, hot dogs)

3. 'Bread meals' (sandwiches, tortilla wraps, bread rolls, pita bread pockets)

4. 'Salad meals' (eg duck & orange salad, tabbouleh, Thai beef salad)

2. What else comes with the lunch? 午餐除了主菜之外還會配其他什麼?

A drink (usually orange juice, apple juice or blackcurrant juice drink) and fruit (usually fruit salad). (For Grades 1-11 the fruit is sometimes replaced with a sweet item.) A sweet item (eg cookies or raisins) is additionally available for Kindergarten students.

飲品(蘋果汁,鮮橙汁,黑加侖汁)或者新鮮水果和水果沙律(對1-11年紀的同學而言.一些時候水果將會用甜點代替).幼稚園的學生可以再額外得到一份甜點(曲奇或葡萄乾)

3. How healthy are the lunches? 我們的午餐是否健康?

We place a lot of importance on making sure your child gets a lunch that not only tastes good but that is nutritious, with a good mix of carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins. Our food is low on oil & salt and contains no MSG.

我們的午餐中通常都放入一些既美味有營養的食物,內含豐富的碳水化合物,蛋白質和維生素.我們所供應的食物會盡量少放鹽和油

4. Do I have to order for the whole month? 我們是否必須訂購全月的午餐?

No. Unlike most school caterers in Macau where you have to sign up for every day for 3 months, we recognize that students might not want to eat our meals every day and thus you only order for the days on which you wish to make selections. If you want to order for only one day a week, or even only one day for the whole month, that's okay.

5. When are lunch order forms made available and how are they distributed? 如何取得午餐訂購表?午餐訂購表如何派發?

They're distributed via your child's teacher at the end of the third week of the month. You then have a few days to make menu selections and submit the form together with payment. (The payment period will be stated on the order form.)

通常情況下,在每個月的第三個星期末尾,您孩子所在班級的老師將會派發訂購表.接著您將會有幾天的時間去完成這份訂購表並遞交午餐訂購的款項(交款時間將會寫明在午餐訂購表上).

6. Can I give my daughter the order form and money to pass on to her teacher? 我可以將午餐訂購表和訂購金額數交給我的孩子,讓他們轉交給老師嗎?

Only if payment is in the form of a cheque, with a contact mobile phone number on the back, and with cheque & order form in a sealed envelope. Cheques should be made out to "Red Spot Cafe".

如果您想讓你的孩子轉交,那請您儘量使用支票的方式支付,並在支票後面寫清您的聯絡方式,將支票和訂購表放入一個粘貼好的信封內.請在支票上寫明給"Red Spot Cafe".

7. I want to pay in cash. How can I do that? 如果我想用現金支付,應該怎麼做?

Pay at Red Spot Cafe (MUST Campus). Alternatively, Gary will be at TIS MPR on certain days at certain times to process cash payments (see bottom of order form for details.)

8. What happens if my child has a field trip and no lunch is required? 如果我的孩子臨時有旅行不能得到午餐應該怎麼辦?

Your child's RSC lunch is cancelled and you get a credit for the following month.

您孩子所訂購的午餐將會被取消並會自動累計到下個月.

9. What happens if my child has is sick and does not come to school on a day when he's scheduled to have a RSC lunch? 如果我的孩子訂購的某天的午餐,但是因為生病不能去學校應該怎麼辦?

If you order lunches for every day of the month, we allow a maximum of two cancellations with credit given for the following month provided that you e-mail or phone us by 8:30am of the day of the absence. Notification after that time will preclude any credits.

如果你整月都有訂購午餐,當你生病時我們會給你每月有兩次可取消午餐,祇要你在當天早上8:30前電郵或致電給我們,飯錢將會在你下月的飯錢中扣減.

10. Tuesday's menu is "Fish fingers and potato salad". My daughter loves fish fingers but not potato salad. Can we request another salad? 星期二的午餐是''炸魚柳和薯角沙律 ",如果我的孩子喜歡炸魚柳,但是他不喜歡薯角沙律,請問我們可以要求訂購其他沙律嗎?

Sorry, no. All meals should be regarded as one "set".

很抱歉,我們不能提供此項服務.因為所有的午餐都是以套餐的形式出現.

11. My son is allergic to eggs. How do I know what menu items contain eggs? 我的孩子對雞蛋過敏.請問我怎樣能夠知道午餐的是否含有雞蛋?

12. My son is extremely allergic to peanuts. Does any of the food contain peanuts? 我的孩子對果仁有嚴重的過敏反應.你們的食物中是否包含果仁?

None of the food contains any nuts. We are aware that this may deprive students with no allergies of the pleasure of eating nuts & nut-based products, but the school has a very strict no-nuts policy as a precaution.

我們的食物中不包含果任.儘管我們意識到可能有一些學生對果仁並不過敏並且喜歡果仁.但是學校禁止果仁食物作為預防事故的措施.

13. Can I suggest changes to Red Spot Cafe regarding the TIS lunch program? 我可以對國際學校的午餐訂購服務提出一些改變的建議嗎?

14. If my son has not ordered, can he still buy lunch at school? 如果我的孩子並沒有事先訂購午餐,那麼他可以在學校購買午餐嗎?

Yes, we have a limited range of meals including sandwiches and pizza slices for over-the-counter sales. Be aware though that our tuck shop range is limited and that the best way of ensuring your child gets a meal is to order.

Sorry, no. Once the order has been made, it's fixed. However, as mentioned in #9 above, you can cancel an order provided you have already ordered for the whole month.

16. What drinks are available? 通常可以得到什麼樣的飲品?

Tetra-pack boxed drinks, fruit juices, milkshakes, slushes.

17. The English menu says "Chicken schitzel burger" but the Chinese says something slightly different. Which one's correct? 英文的餐單上寫的是"Chicken schitzel burger" ,但是在對應的中文餐單上有小小不同.哪一個是對的?

We try our best to provide accurate translations, but on occasion there may be a little disparity, for which we apologize. In such cases, bear in mind that the English will always be correct.

我們盡力提供正確的中英文翻譯的餐單,但是偶爾會出現小小失誤,我們對此向您致歉.在這樣的情況下,以英文的餐單為主.

18. My son is in Grade 6 and his appetite is bigger than the Grade 1-6 portion he gets. Can he pay for a bigger serving? 我的孩子現在是6年級的學生,但是他的胃口比一般六年級的學生要大.請問我是可以訂購大份量的餐?

With Meal A,B and E selections it is possible to upgrade to a Grade 7-11 sized portion. This is generally $3 dearer, but check the Grade 7-11 menu to be sure. With Meals C & D, the portions are identical.

19. My son lost his lunch order form. How can I get another?

You can easily download one from our download page. You fill it in at your computer and mail it back to us. You can then drop in to Red Spot Cafe later to pay.

Alternatively, you can get a paper order form from TIS or from Red Spot Cafe.

您可以在我們的網站上下載到午餐訂購表,您直接用電腦填寫表格並將表格發送到我們的郵箱.之後到紅點餐廳內交款就可以了.

另外,您也可以去國際學校辦公室或者澳門科技大學內的紅點餐廳取得一張新的午餐訂購表.

20. What happens if there's a typhoon #8? 如果遇到8號風球怎麼辦?

If your child's lunch has already been distributed, no change in arrangements. If the school day is disrupted by the typhoon, there will be no school lunch that day and therefore no charge. We will give you credit for the following month.

如果您的孩子的午餐已經派發,那麼將不可以處理.如果當天學校因此放假,我們將會為您取消,並自動累計到下個月的午餐訂購中.
